Childbirth school with care of a community midwife – price 2000 PLN

• workshops on emotions for mothers and fathers
• 3 home visits by a community midwife (after the birth)

Care provided by a community midwife or lactation consultant. – price 1400 zł

• 1 hour of education and familiarization in the midwife’s office (before childbirth
• 4 home visits by a community midwife or lactation consultant (after the birth)

Purchase of a package with the birthing school

In order to purchase the Package, we kindly ask you to::

– select the date of the birthing school and fill out the application form, and in the comments write information about the purchase of the package. The birthing school dates and enrollment forms can be found here. In the confirmation you will receive information on payment.
Included in the package is a non-refundable, in case of cancellation, reservation fee for the birthing school course (400 PLN). If you cancel the card, you will receive a refund of the amount less 400 PLN.

*The gold card can be picked up at the first visit to Koala (regardless of whether it will be gymnastics or birthing school) and at the same time is valid from that day.

Before the first gymnastics, we strongly urge you to sign up for classes. Please visit the Koala Gymnastics sub-site. We conduct Yoga, Pilates, Gymnastics, Healthy Spine, Pelvic Floor Muscle Training, Breathing in Childbirth, Functional Training and many others.
